We can ship to virtually any address within the United Sates. Additional Shipping & Handling fees will apply.

For all orders delivered within our "Primary Area" a minimum order of $200 is required to qualify for free delivery or a $10 delivery charge will be applied.

Our "Primary Area" includes all 5 boroughs of NYC and parts of Central NJ.

For any location in NY or NJ outside of our "Primary Area", a minimum dollar amount for an order based on your location will be required to qualify for free delivery or a delivery surcharge will be calculated. Please contact us directly to determine the minimum order amounts for your area or for any additional shipping questions.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with a product, contact us within 10 days of receipt. A refund may be arranged, excluding freight charges, upon inspection. Preferred will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or a damaged item, etc). Returned merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, freight prepaid, unused, and in resalable condition, and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Preferred inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse credits on used, damaged, misused or non-resalable items. Your only obligation is the freight charge and stocking fee where applicable, provided your return is complete with original packaging and all documentation. You can expect to receive your refund within 5-7 business days of returning your item to the return shipper.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
